Manila StackFrequently asked questions
Do I need the free version to use Pro?
Yes. SEA Affiliate Boxes Pro is an add-on to the free SEA Affiliate Boxes plugin, and Calamansi Pro needs the Calamansi theme active. The free plugin is live on WordPress.org (https://wordpress.org/plugins/manilastack-affiliate-boxes-sea/). The Calamansi theme is waiting for WordPress.org review; until it is listed, email support and we will send you the zip.
How does LAUNCH30 work?
It takes 30% off your first payment on either Pro product. Each product allows 50 uses and the code expires on Nov 12, 2026. Renewals are charged at the regular price.
What's the difference between annual and lifetime?
Annual includes one year of updates and support and renews yearly unless you cancel. Lifetime is a single payment for updates and support for the life of the product.
Which features are Beta?
Shopee price auto-refresh (and the Fetch from Shopee lookup) and Lazada link generation via Involve Asia. They are fully built and tested against mock responses but have not yet been verified against live Shopee or Involve Asia accounts. If they do not work for your account, contact support or ask for a refund within 14 days.
Do I need Shopee or Involve Asia API keys?
Only for the API features. You can always fill boxes and links by hand. See the docs for how to get keys.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Who processes payment?
Freemius, Inc. sells the licenses as reseller / merchant of record and handles card and PayPal payments, invoices and sales tax.
What license is the code under?
GPLv2 or later. Your license key unlocks automatic updates and support.
Are you affiliated with Shopee or Lazada?
No. Manila Stack is an independent developer based in the Philippines.
Can I move my license to another site?
Yes. Deactivate it on the old site (or from your Freemius account) and activate it on the new one.
