Terms of service & end user license
Last updated: October 13, 2026.
1. Who we are
Manila Stack products are developed by DHLPTX, Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines. Contact dhlptx00@gmail.com.
2. Software license
All Manila Stack software (SEA Affiliate Boxes, SEA Affiliate Boxes Pro, Calamansi and Calamansi Pro) is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later (GPLv2+). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the GPL.
3. What you buy
A paid license gives you access to download the Pro product, automatic updates and email support for the number of sites in your plan (1, 5 or unlimited) for the term you purchased: one year for annual plans, or the life of the product for lifetime plans.
4. Reseller / merchant of record
Orders are processed by Freemius, Inc., which sells the licenses as an authorized reseller and merchant of record. Freemius handles payment, invoicing, taxes, renewals and cancellations, and its terms of service also apply to your purchase.
5. Renewals
Annual plans renew automatically at the then-current regular price unless you cancel before renewal in your Freemius account or by contacting us. If you cancel, the software keeps working but updates and support stop at the end of the term.
6. Discounts
Coupon codes such as LAUNCH30 apply only to the first payment, within their stated limits and dates, and cannot be combined.
7. Refunds
See the refund policy (14 days).
8. Third-party services
Some features connect to Shopee, Involve Asia or other services using your own accounts. Their availability and terms are outside our control. Features labelled Beta may not work with every account. You are responsible for complying with affiliate program rules and disclosure laws.
9. Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as stated in the GPL. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the last 12 months.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
