Refund policy

If a Pro product isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get your money back. No questions asked.

How to ask

• Email dhlptx00@gmail.com with your order email and product, or
• request it from your Freemius customer account.

Refunds are issued by Freemius to the original payment method (card or PayPal). Bank processing can take 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Automatic annual renewals can also be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge.

After a refund the license is deactivated and you stop receiving updates and support.
